Explanation of Clerk's Office Support of Adversary Proceedings:

• All Adversary Proceedings assigned to Judge Rhoades are administered in the Plano Clerk’s office.
• All Adversary Proceedings assigned to Judge Searcy in the Beaumont & Lufkin divisions are administered in the Beaumont Clerk’s office.
• All Adversary Proceedings assigned to Judge Searcy in the Tyler & Marshall divisions are administered in the Tyler Clerk’s office.
• All Adversary Proceedings assigned to Judge Searcy in the Sherman & Texarkana divisions are administered in the Beaumont office if the last digit of the Adversary’s related Bankruptcy case number is EVEN.
• All Adversary Proceedings assigned to Judge Searcy in the Sherman & Texarkana divisions are administered in the Tyler office if the last digit of the Adversary’s related Bankruptcy case number is ODD.
