To ensure proper system operations, the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) Development Branch will perform failover testing on the Production environment from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Central Time on Sunday, April 27, 2025. PACER users and NextGen Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) e-filers may experience intermittent authentication issues when logging on, and intermittent connection issues when making payments through Pay.gov.
