Known Issue:  Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Bankruptcy Filing Applications

The court has been contacted by ECF filing users who have registered for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and are now experiencing issues with their bankruptcy filing applications (e.g., Jubilee Pro).  PACER recommends to contact your bankruptcy filing application provider and provide them with the following guidance if you experience any issues.  

https://pacer.uscourts.gov/help/pacer/pacer-authentication-api-user-guide.  The guidance is intended to resolve the MFA and filing application compatibility issue.  The court will continue to work to facilitate a resolution with PACER MFA and bankruptcy filing application providers.
