The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas was informed this morning of a national noticing issue resulting in some Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs) containing deadlines, notices, and documentation from Monday, January 20, 2025 to today not being sent to recipients by ECF servers.  We were informed this afternoon by our National Service Desk that the ECF server noticing issue has been resolved.  Therefore, the clerk's office will begin sending to recipients all notices from Monday, January 20, 2025, to the present.  Because we are unable to determine which notices were sent, and which ones were not, we will be sending all notices from Monday, January 20, 2025 to the present in an abundance of caution.  Please be aware you may receive duplicate notices of filing for some cases as a result.  We apologize in advance for the inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure all notices are successfully sent to recipients.
