Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1321, Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3015(b), and LBR 3015-1, every Chapter 13 debtor shall present in person or by mail a proposed Chapter 13 plan in a format which substantially conforms to TXEB Local Form 3015-a within 14 days of filing the petition, and must serve such plan upon the master mailing list (matrix) as constituted by the Court on the date of service, including the standing trustee. TXEB Local Form 3015-a may be found on the Forms page of the court’s website www.txeb.uscourts.gov. Failure to timely file and serve a Chapter 13 Plan on all creditors as required by 11 U.S.C. § 1321, Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3015(b), and LBR 3015-1 shall subject this petition to dismissal without further notice.
