Electronic Document Submission System

This system is intended for emergency filing purposes only. If your submission is not an emergency, you must mail, or deliver in person, the original document to the appropriate divisional office in order for the court to file your document.

The term “emergency” according to Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure is defined as a matter which requires a hearing in less than seven (7) days, and which involves an irreparable injury which outweighs procedural due process concerns.

The Clerk’s office is open from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, except for Federal Holidays.
