In order to eliminate the manual processing of returned mail from the Bankruptcy Noticing Center (BNC) by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court personnel and also to give timely notification to debtor's attorneys on incorrect addresses, the BNC will initiate the following action this month:
Debtors’ attorneys will now start to receive returned mail in bankruptcy cases in two different ways: regular USPS mail for the majority of items where the return address is the debtor’s attorney, and email Notices of Returned Mail for returned mail that would have previously been sent back to the bankruptcy court.
