BEAUMONT-LUFKIN DOCKET WEEK IN AUGUST DELAYED ONE WEEK

The August docket week for the Beaumont & Lufkin Divisions is being rescheduled from the first full week of August to the second full week to avoid scheduling conflicts for the Chapter 13 Trustee. Thus, 7/11 matters will be conducted on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 (rather than August 7) and the Chapter 13 docket will be conducted on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 (rather than August 8).
