Many electronic filers who use Suddenlink Communications as their ISP have experienced degraded or failed access to TXEB’s websites, ecf.txeb.uscourts.gov and www.txeb.uscourts.gov.  We have initiated contact with Suddenlink on behalf of our affected users and submitted our conjectural analysis as well as supporting empirical data regarding the root cause of the problem.  Suddenlink has acknowledged that the problem exists within their internet infrastructure and are working on a solution.

All other ISPs appear to be working nominally.
