The PACER-Net scheduled maintenance originally scheduled for this Saturday, January 8th has been postponed.  It has been rescheduled for Saturday, January 15th, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern time.

Public users of CM/ECF and PACER will experience interruptions in service during the maintenance period. 

This maintenance activity will affect ALL U. S. Court sites.  All electronic filers and PACER users should plan accordingly.
