UPLOADING CONFIRMATION ORDERS WITH ATTACHMENTS - INSTRUCTIONS

The following instructions will help you to create a file for upload that consists of an order and attachments combined into one document.

 

  1. CREATE THE ORDER IN PDF FORMAT AND SAVE.
  2. SCAN ATTACHMENT AND SAVE PDF.
  3. OPEN ORDER IN ACROBAT.
  4. USING THE MENU BAR CLICK:
    1. DOCUMENT    then
    2. INSERT PAGES
    3. SELECT THE SCANNED ATTACHMENT (PDF) AND CLICK “SELECT”
    4. CLICK “LAST” TO INSERT THE NEW PAGE AFTER THE LAST PAGE, AND CLICK “OK”.
  5.  UPLOAD THE “MERGED” DOCUMENT USING CM-ECF
