LAST CHANCE TO REGISTER: SBOT BANKRUPTCY BENCH-BAR CONFERENCE

This is your last opportunity to register for the Bankruptcy Bench-Bar
Conference sponsored by the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Texas to be
held within the borders of the Eastern District on June 17-19, 2009, at the
Westin Stonebriar Resort in Frisco, Texas, northwest of Plano. Although a
certain number of the participant slots have been reserved for Eastern District
practitioners, those unclaimed slots will soon be transferred to other
districts. The conference is designed for formal and informal
interaction between the bankruptcy bar and the judges, with a splash of fun with
resort activities, including running and biking. A portion of the program
will be reserved for breakout sessions for each federal district. The conference
brochure is attached in a PDF format.
