CM/ECF VERSION 3.3.1 - UPGRADE AND DOWNTINE

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas will be upgrading to version 3.3.1 of our CM/ECF case management/electronic filing software over the weekend of March 14-15, 2009. As a result, the CM/ECF electronic filing system and related services (VCIS, PACER, etc.) will be unavailable beginning
5:00 PM, Friday, March 13, 2009 until 7:00 AM, Monday, March 16, 2009.
Highlights of the new version of CM/ECF for ATTORNEYS and PACER USERS are available in PowerPoint.
Additional information regarding the upgraded software will be forthcoming via electronic mail or this website.
