Due to impeding hurricane weather, all Meetings Of Creditors pursuant 11 USC 341 for cases assigned to Chapter 13 Trustee Ronald E. Stadtmueller set for September 2 and 3, 2008 have been rescheduled!
All Chapter 13 Meetings Of Creditors currently scheduled in Beaumont for Sept. 2, 2008 are postponed to Sept. 11, 2008, same time of day and same place as currently noticed. All Chapter 13 Meetings Of Creditors scheduled in Beaumont for Sept. 3, 2008 are postponed to Sept. 12, 2008, same time of day and same place as currently noticed. Please monitor this Website as these dates are subject to change.
