All Parties are hereby notified that:

1. Announcements and Agreed Request for Continuances on all matters scheduled on the Chapter 13 Docket for 8/13/08 MUST be presented on the record at 9:30 a.m. Any contested request for continuance must be presented at 12:30 p.m.

2. The hearings on all matters presently scheduled on the 9:25 a.m., 9:29 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 9:45 a.m., and 10:00 a.m. dockets will commence at 12:30 p.m. on 8/13/08.
