The U.S. Party/Case Index is a national index for federal courts. A small subset of information from each case will be transferred to the U.S. Party/Case Index each night. This system serves as a locator index for PACER. You may conduct nationwide searches to determine whether or not a party is involved in federal litigation. The search will provide a list of case numbers, filing locations and filing dates for cases matching the search criteria. There is a charge of $.08 per page for information retrieved from this site. Persons who wish to use this service must first register with the PACER service center www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov.
