Public Access to Court
Electronic Records (PACER) is
an electronic public access service that allows users to obtain case and docket
information from all federal courts via the Internet. PACER offers an
inexpensive, fast and comprehensive case information service to any individual
with a PC and Internet access. Data is displayed directly on your PC
screen within a few seconds. The system is available days, nights and
weekends. Persons who wish to use PACER must first register with the PACER
service center www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov. There is a charge of $.08 per
page for information retrieved from this site, however no bill is sent until a
$10 balance is reached during each calendar year.
