The judges of the Court have approved substantive revisions to the existing Chapter 13 plan forms including TXEB Local Form 3015-a [Chapter 13 Plan] and TXEB Local Form 3015-b [Chapter 13 form confirmation order].  The Court has also approved the following new forms:  TXEB Local Form 3015-d [modification motion form]; TXEB Local Form 3015-e [accompanying modification order] and TXEB Local Form 3015-f [post-hearing modification order].  Local Rule revisions have also been approved.

 

The proposed form and rule revisions are respectively accompanied by the Court’s commentary about the nature of the contemplated changes.

  

Any comment regarding the proposed changes to the Local Rules and Local Forms should be submitted at local_rules@txeb.uscourts.gov by Friday, October 13, 2017.
