The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas is pleased
to offer a CM/ECF Training
Manual for the use of both potential CM/ECF users and for those users who
have recently completed a CM/ECF training class. We also offer a CM/ECF Training Manual for Creditors.
Please note that there is no change to the Court's requirement that external
filers who wish to file electronically must complete docketing & filing
requirements into the Court's training CM/ECF system.
All users are encouraged to submit requests for changes and improvements to
the Training Manual via email to Mr. Neil Johnson, Work Leader
in the Tyler divisional office. Mr. Johnson is the primary author of the manual.
